Near-Geospatial Terrestrial Operating System — NGT-OS
Folio-Pin
An offline-capable, browser-native platform built to protect data sovereignty, secure shared public resources, and reduce local communities' dependence on centralized technology.
It runs entirely outside app-store distribution as a zero-download Progressive Web App, moving municipal, trade, and safety tools to the edge — usable directly from a browser, on the ground, without waiting on a commercial gatekeeper.
II. Core Applications & Proposed Utility
Six sectors, one municipal baseline
The Commercial Fisherman Shark Detection Mesh Network
Off-grid emergency tracking, school bus transit vectors, and coastal threat-deterrent arrays rendered natively on local browser viewports, with zero network dependency. Built on a coordinate-locked deterrent mapping framework owned by a 24-year-old Chatham commercial fisherman, the roadmap calls for real-time white shark trajectory and gear-protection telemetry to populate across the coastal fleet display loop — protecting gear and crew.
Patent-pending detection and mapping framework, developed with and for working Chatham commercial fishermen.
Open this sectorThe Public Safety & Navigation Canopy
Emergency tracking, school bus transit maps, and coastal hazard alerts, built on absolute geospatial coordinates rather than fragile camera-tracking or visual SLAM. Roadmap: device-to-device relay over available peer-to-peer radios, to extend reach when cellular and cloud networks are down.
Field navigation math is live today: a rolling circular mean stabilizes compass heading and a rolling mean stabilizes distance, removing sensor jitter when a phone is fixed to a tripod.
Open this sectorThe Property Passport Page
A private property registry that lets owners catalog family contacts, priority medical tags, and valuable assets natively in local browser storage — never uploaded, never centralized.
Open this sectorInfrastructure Debt Recovery Invoice Engine (IDRIE)
An active invoicing engine: geofenced territory corridors price the real strain new and existing development places on municipal infrastructure and shared aquifers, and route that value back into community stabilization funds. Runs on metering hardware the municipality already owns or purchases — a couple of units can scan a small town like Harwich, MA within a month.
Larger cities like Boston already have qualifying metering equipment mounted on municipal fleets — the engine ingests that feed directly.
Open this sectorVenue Mesh Network Dome
A proposed venue-scale early-warning dome for courtrooms and other sensitive public places — fixed transponder hardware deployed around the perimeter, built around flagging nearby wireless hardware attempting to pair or map the geofenced space.
Requires physical local mesh transponder hardware deployed at the venue — no browser alone can passively detect nearby smart glasses; this sector is a roadmap item, not an active protection.
Open this sectorThe Municipality 5-Department Suite
A single license package scoped for town boards, public school districts, and municipal emergency management divisions — bundling school bus transit tracking, off-grid emergency routing, property registry access, and the active IDRIE invoicing engine across five municipal departments under one fixed contract.
Structured as a fixed-fee license, not a per-seat SaaS bill — individual bundled sectors remain at the development stage noted above; see the Municipal Integration access path below for contract terms.
Open this sectorIII. Four Access Paths to Mesh Adoption
Four direct entry points, scaled to the regional terrain
Individual Sign-Up
Any single resident or local brick-and-mortar merchant can instantly claim a node on the local registry — securing private Property Passport logs natively on their device browser, or formatting storefront displays to optimize customer focus.
Group Sign-Up
Neighborhood safety circles, families, and outdoor expedition clubs purchase bundled mesh hardware form factors — including safety wristbands, compact vehicle dongles, and wearable pendants — to deploy an isolated, self-contained local mesh across their own footprint.
Municipal Integration
Local town boards, public school districts, and municipal emergency management divisions deploy the Complete 5-Department License Package for a fixed $30,000 contract base — pre-bundling over $2.9M+ in active technology assets onto city grids to run continuous school bus tracking and off-grid emergency transit routes under emergency codes, with zero taxpayer debt.
Institutional Investors
Capital pods and venture funds allocate liquidity directly into our asset-backed infrastructure layer — bypassing retail gadget development to immediately scale physical deployment and fund local manual trade labor on the soil.
IV. Capital Allocation & The Local Trades
Revenue is structurally committed to a local protection framework
- Creative & Support Allocations
- Designated to reward independent type designers, letterers, and publishing networks that onboard craftsmen and manage curation.
- Civic Restructuring Allocation30%
- Passed directly to local, member-owned credit unions, which disburse payment to local trade labor — carpenters and landscaping crews — for civic forestry, land clearing, and native lawn-to-ground-cover conversions that filter rainwater back into public aquifers, free of chemical runoff.
Physical field hardware deployment and wide-scale display integration are currently gated by institutional B2B procurement allocations.
