Peak physical saturation vector
Stadium & Fan-Zone Mesh
Un-jammable, peer-to-peer fan tracking for football, soccer, and sports fans. Family groups, alumni circles, and fan clubs sync compact wearables into one match-day profile and stay connected across the densest concourse in the country—without functional cellular or commercial Wi-Fi.
All fp Mesh Networks run on the same radio-cellphone hybrid app, which is what makes the connection work and keeps it secure: it pairs each wearable's short-range radio hop with the phone's cellular radio as a fallback path, encrypts every hop peer-to-peer end-to-end so no unsynced device can read group traffic, and never routes through a stadium's Wi-Fi or a carrier's network core—so there is no shared infrastructure to jam, congest, or eavesdrop on. A wearable only joins a group's mesh after that device opts in and syncs to the group profile.
The current bottleneck
Stadiums are the peak infrastructure stress test
Dense fan zones represent the most physically saturated environment a consumer network ever has to handle—tens of thousands of devices in one bowl, all reaching for the same cell sector at once.
Tens of thousands of phones hitting the same cell sector and stadium Wi-Fi grid at once means dropped calls and dead group chats exactly when a crowd is thickest.
Kids, grandparents, and alumni circles get separated in concourse chokepoints where a phone screen is hard to see and harder to hear over.
Commercial stadium Wi-Fi and app-based fan trackers typically route location data through corporate ad and analytics loops most fans never agreed to.
Most fan-safety apps assume a live data connection. When the network saturates, the safety feature is the first thing that disappears.
Every seat is a relay, every fifty yards
A browser-native PWA hooks into the Wi-Fi Direct and Bluetooth radios already built into fan smartphones and paired wearables. No functional cellular infrastructure or commercial stadium Wi-Fi grid required to keep a group connected.
Location markers and proximity alerts hop peer-to-peer from fan to fan and seat to seat roughly every fifty yards, entirely offline—no functional cellular or stadium Wi-Fi required.
Compact wearables sign into your match-day profile on the folio-pin.com canopy before kickoff, so the whole group is provisioned to the same local mesh in one step.
If a wearable moves outside a set radius or triggers a help signal, the alert relays across the mesh to every synced device in the group, independent of network congestion.
Group organizers set a meeting-zone coordinate before the match; every synced wearable in the circle carries the same reference point for regrouping after the game.
What a group organizer sees
A conceptual view of the same information surfaced on a phone, without a headset—useful for confirming the whole group is synced before kickoff.

The Spatial HUD (concept)
A transparent-lens overlay for the concourse
As a forward-looking concept, parents and group organizers could look through a transparent-lens headset powered by the same webrx-style visualization core used across other Folio-Pin mesh verticals, viewing coordinate-locked 3D data bins over the crowd: live tracking tags, concourse pathfinders, and designated meeting zones. This section is a narrative showcase of the idea, not a description of a shipped or verified capability.
Live tracking tags
Coordinate-locked markers over each synced wearable in your group, rendered 1:1 scale against the concourse in front of you.
Concourse pathfinders
Suggested walking paths to restrooms, concessions, exits, and your seating section overlaid on the physical corridor.
Meeting-zone bins
The group's designated regroup point rendered as a glowing coordinate-locked bin, visible from anywhere in the section.
Signal health
Local mesh hop count and battery status for every wearable in the synced group, visible at a glance.
Wearables & packages
Stadium-specific hardware, provisioned to your group
Dedicated match-day wearables rather than a repurposed household kit—sized for a single fan, a group attending together, or a venue running the mesh across an event.
One compact wristband synced to your match-day profile, with lifetime PWA license and no monthly fees.
4x wearables—wristbands, pendants, or dongles—provisioned onto one shared group profile before kickoff.
Live concourse density readouts, meeting-zone management, and mesh health monitoring for venue staff and event operators.
Deployment reality
Designed around the crowd, not dropped into it
A dense fan zone is an unforgiving environment for any network. These constraints apply regardless of what a demo or concept page shows.
- Transparent-lens AR hardware is a conceptual visualization layer here, not a shipped or verified product
- Mesh hop range depends on line-of-sight and crowd density, not guaranteed stadium-wide coverage
- Wearables supplement—never replace—venue security, stadium staff, and posted emergency procedures
- Any AR overlay showing another person's location requires that person's own device to be opted in and synced to the same group profile
